LaFF programming is offered in partnership with the Town of Ladysmith.

Thank you to our volunteers who help keep our programming running. We are currently looking for help Wednesday and Friday mornings for a a special someone to help in the kitchen.

We are taking music requests for daily dance party sessions at the end of each morning program. Please send us your favourite songs to dance to.

There are two sweet little characters in the LaFF office window on First Avenue. Sending love out to our community and thanking you all for your ongoing support. It takes a village and we value everyone of you who continue to support Ladysmith Family

This morning, our wonderful Volunteer Ted decided it was the perfect day for strawberry muffins… Yum!

Dance parties just got a little more exciting… we’ve added an extra song to keep our bodies moving and smiles shining at the end of each LaFF morning.

Thank you to the Microtel for hosting LaFF’s monthly board meetings! Such a warm and welcoming location with friendly and helpful staff.
