Another fun day of LaFF’ing

Today’s delightful and tasty treat…. Homemade LaFF potato wedges with our own LaFF spice blend. The trick…. Pre-soak wedges in salted water to remove starch. Pat dry. Olive oil and seasoning and bake in oven. So yummy. Thanks Loav

We had a special visitor today from Kate’s 8 year old chicken pet. Hatched in a kindergarten classroom, this hen has been around a lot of kiddos in her day. Thanks for the visit.
