In an effort to reduce the isolation many parents feel, provide opportunities for children to socialize at a low to no cost, and build a sense of community amongst families and children, LaFF launched its flagship program: “LaFF at the Aggie”.
To date, the group has met it’s goals with great success. Our Resource Program has a history of creating community and extended-family-like friendships. Participants often comment on how they have made life-changing friendships and networks of friends through LaFF at the Aggie.
The story since 1993.
Some happy LaFFers.
Every year, LaFF board members, staff, and volunteers meet to discuss new and innovative ways to improve and grow LaFF. In 2012 we met at the Ladysmith Community Marina’s Welcome Centre. Joy Becker facilitated the day of learning and sharing.
